Help me too much sun some leaves burnt :(

I am new to orchids and left on outside until I could find space inside. Well the sun burnt the leaves. I am trying to save the poor baby but I dont know what to do, do I leave the leaves the way they are or do I cut the burnt parts off, or do I cut the whole leave off??
Help me save my poor plant!!

Definitely get it out of the direct sun for the moment. As Murray suggested, photos will help us figure out how bad it is, but if it's hard to take pictures and post them, we can do it verbally.

What kind of orchid is it (does it have a name tag?) How many leaves does it have and which ones are burned? Describe the nature and extent of the burn.

Also where you live will help us judge the strength of your sunlight.

For me it's best to just cut the burn part of, it's just common sense, there's no need to cut the whole leaf off. However, consider if it's a fungal, bacterial or viral disease, then you must have the right treatment.
If you're sure that it's not spreading or not caused by any organisms, then it's best to adjust the amount of light. If your orchid is Phalaenopsis, light intensity is 30%, Paphiopedilum 30%, Cattleya 50%, Dendrobium 60-70%, Oncidium 60%. And of course, light will vary based upon humidity, and air movement. high humidity, good air movement -----> more light, otherwise, less light.
However, I think it's best to try at 50% light intensity first if you're not so sure. Then if you think the leaves is more on the yelloish side, give the plants less lights. If it's dark green, give it more lights.
Another way, if you're growing them inside the house, then a bright window (bright, not sunny) would be nice for Phal and Paph, a sunny one for Catt, Onc. and Den.
REMEMBER TO WATCH THE LEAVE COLOR.
