I have had some plants get sunburned before, and I just kept them well shaded. It took them a little while to get brought back up to par, but they came around.

Hello, I wonder which treatment would be best for a den. that was perfectly healthy until a week ago when it was burned badly in that heat wave we had. Locked in a plastic bag, for humidity ? Or outside in the air with the others, in total shade. It has nothing left on top but one 1/4 inch green.

keep the plant/s in bright ,shade .Time will tell how much damage has been done as some of the canes may be too cooked to survie, therefore you may have some depotting to do(reduce the pot size).
I have cooked plants so much that the pbulbs or canes went white, and it can take ages before they are good again.
