    Hi everyone,

I've received a strange flower of Dendrobium species last month. Help me to identify it.

I like the markings on that bloom.
As for its name it may pay to go through this link http://www.orchidspecies.com/index.htm and look at all of the dendrobiums.

Ok Ive been looking at the above link and I think I have found it .

I would settle for that bloom. Yeah, you'd have to twist my arm, but...

    WOW it's so neat!

Wow, that is beautiful - Vid! I agree with Murray on the name. I have edited the thread title to reflect the name of the dend.

    Cheers!

If it is the same species, theyre different variations. Notice the differentiation of the shape of the column and lip. Very different.

Colin is quite right. Comparing to the photo from the website and the photo posted by Vikiikid, certainly there is difference there. The info from the website suggests that the nemorale is from the Phillippines while Vikiikid's dend might be from Vietnam? So it might be an entirely new species or a sub-species?

    Cheers. Hoa.

    Dear all,

Thanks for your useful information of flower structure.

And another Dendro. plant! Although I tried many times in searching on the net, there's still no result.
