    I've never seen this before with new growth; just wondering if anyone else had, or if she's trying to tell me something.

    It could just be genetic, Tami. I don't think culture will give you stripes like that. A paint roller, maybe...

    Never been able to get brassia hybrid to bloom myself, so I have to settle for enjoying the thrill vicariously through others.
