This one has a slight unpleasant scent if you get right on top of it.

Hi Forrest,
I have one that is tagged cirr. lepidum...never noticed a bad smell....but I like the way they flutter in the breeze...but they don't last but a few days...it may be on my trade list...here is a pic
nice one Gilda. I too have a pretty big lepidum that was recently given to me by a friend. It is mounted and he was not able to keep it moist enough in his environment. It is pretty dissapointing that some of the species hardly last very long. If you have this kind of stuff on your trade list I would like to see that list. If you have it ready, send me a PM with it.
I like the pretty fan shaped flowers, very cute! Thanks for sharing!
Wooooohooooo! I just discovered 2 more spikes on this one. Very happy!

I didn't know until today that it is actually 10 seperate flowers, not petals. There was a daisy chain on our display table at my orchid society meeting today. I learn so much there, but half of it still goes over my head
Lisa
Peter, there is a spike to the right in my picture....Lisa, Interesting about the flower....Forrest...I don't have my trade list fixed yet, but will let you know when I do.
Thanks, Gilda! I see it now, very small and cute!Originally Posted by Gilda
