Default Paphiopedilum supardii in full bloom

Paph supardii is now in full bloom with five flowers. The last bud is now half open. This is a large species and very closely related to rothschildianum. Flowers are very unique with interesting and weird contorted petals.

Thanks, Forrest! The blooms can last anywhere from 1-3 months. Mine has been in bloom for over a month now and the last bud is now finally open but not all the way yet, still unfurling its petals and the pouch growing.

That is why this species is so unique to me because the petals are so different in a nice weird way (to me, the petals look like handlebar moustaches) and I love this species.

    That is absolutely superb.
Reminds me somewhat of Paph Transval(my favorite Paph).
