I was reading back issues of Orchid Digest, and they had an article that showed how a bumblebee pollinated a Stanhopea. Pretty interesting!

You wouldn't deny this little baby bud a meal, would you?
What if kitties were the perfect orchid food ?

How would you cat people handle that Hobson's Choice?

Perhaps a better question is how would the orchid fanatics make that choice?

Easy - I'd feed my orchids the neighbor's cat! That would also earn me high points with my kitties...

Easy - the cat people would train all those orchids how much easier it is to catch dogs.... "Here boy! Here boy! Wanna play?"

Good one! Or we couldd dress the doggies up in cat costumes to humiliate them and THEN feed them to the orchids. Naahhh, that'd be too cruel.

Besides, the costumes might give the orchids indigestion!!
