    We were having our evening cocktails on the lanai and had a visitor on the patio, he wanted a Martini but we were out of vermouth.

    That is a great picture.Any great blue herons ive seen havent been to close they seem to scare easy.

    Cin, it seems, wears her camera around her neck!

    He seems small. I'll bet he's a young one. They're pretty brazen at my folks, as well. They have a pond just off the house in the back, and then marshland to the right of the house, so they get all sorts of herons, egrets and shore birds.

    Show us the rat!!!
