She's just cranky cause she's stuck in Japan eating rice balls while we're now on our third day of turkey leftovers.

Diane, you can call your plants whatever you'd like. I'm anal-retentive and like to have the accurate name. I only offer the info to others in case they'd like it right also. Feel free to ignore anything I say. You already do...

OrchidWiz gets the AOS and RHS registration data and updates its database quarterly. The registration data has been highly accurate. A few of the photos apply the wrong plant, but he's very responsive about fixing mistakes.

Oh yeah, Steven, I meant to comment your very cool avatar!

Steven's into whistles and flutes and pointed me to some cool Celtic music forums!

    Do you have geckos too?

And Steven - I'm just pulling your tail too... The old timers on the forum know that names and taxonomy are my favorite targets... Can't resist giving people a tweak about them now and then.

And on the third day, you can use left over rice balls for handball!!

Guess I should go to bed, so I'm not Cranky tomorrow (today actually as it's after midnight).

I'll trade you a drumstick for a paph, species preferred. Just to up the ante, this is SMOKED turkey, not the hum drum oven baked stuff I got as a kid.

Wow, Steven - I'm coming to your place next Turkey-day!

Diane, the turk is gone, but I can offer you some Thai curry and rice, if you'd like a change of diet?

How about Nan and curry? If only I had some more adventurous folks with me I would drag them to the local curry joint here. But it is a bit 'scary' for the non-travellers... (no english, tiny, hole in the wall)

Sounds like fun to me! I wish I was there. I love to go to places like the one you describe. It make travel all the more exciting! You should just twist someone's arm and make them go with you. They will thank you for the experience later!

    Cheers,

Maybe Katie can verify this for us but I think I have found that it is the first option.
