My Cycnodes has finished blooming and has started dropping it's leaves. Low and behold I went out this afternoon and both canes have bloom spikes about 1" , will it bloom or should I just put it up high and dry for the winter?

Can I please add to this Cycnodes "Wine Delight" question? Once the pbulb starts the swelling with a spike, what's a ball park time for the spike to break thorugh the leaf sheath?
