    Default Peruvian orchids in situ

It wasn't clear where this thread fit into the forums, but I thought in situ that is, orchid's growing in their natural environment and a description of that environment suggested the most about their culture. Yet, this link could just serve as a fascinating travelogue.

The Coryanthes alborosea is increadible. Ever since I saw Gin's coryanthes (in the photography book coming soon!!!!), I have wanted one. Her's is all white, but the one at the link has red in it. WOW!

    Cheers,
