    Default Mounts and Pots

I have a Phal gersenii that is currently growing on a mount. I would like to switch my orchids to s/h, and was wondering if it possible to put mounted plants back into pots. Does anybody have any advice?

Do you have a picture of the plant? If the plant is doing nicely, then it probably shouldn't be taken off... besides, they usually look nicer when mounted

If you think that you can't properly care for it on a mount, then I would move it, when it begins growing roots again. That is, if you think you wont be able to give it proper humidity, or watering. Otherwise keep it mounted.

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind if I run into problems.
