For what ever reason this Enc decided to send a number of roots out the hole in the bottom of the pot. [Won't that make repotting a "joy" a some future point.] Additionally all of the roots are headed, as you can see, away from the plant stand.
I believe that will call for the classic 'hammer vs clay pot' scenario when it comes time for repotting.
those are crazy rooots! I would break them off when its time to repot...those aerial roots will rot anyways when they are put into a pot and moist media at the bottom. hehe...keeps the drip tray stuck on

Looks good! Doesn't look like you have to worry about re-potting anytime soon
Be careful though; those roots WILL in fact come and strangle you when you are asleep, if you don't take care of it...
