    Default Parodia werdermanniana

Another plant passion (and I have many!) is succulents. Many are starting to bud now (I often get two flushes a year on many). This is Parodia werdermanniana. The succulents and cacti provide some colour between the blooming orchids.

    That's a beautiful flower, Todd!

I know nothing about succulents, but that one's lovely!

So delicate and looking. The contrast of textures between cactus plants and cactus blooms always fascinates me.

beautiful colour! It looks very delicate and papery contradicting the tough spines and boldness of the cactus

Lovely flowers. Always found it a bit of a pity that they are so short-lived
