    Default Rhyncolaelia glauca

This used to be known as Brassavola glauca. It hails from Mexico and Honduras and is night time fragrant. There are 3 new leads and this is the first one to bloom. I hope the form is a bit better in the next flowers.

I grow it like a CAtt , maybe a bit brighter. Plenty of water while in growth and dryer when the growth matures. Well drained medium.

I had one, couldn't bloom it because not enough light. Good growing.

They take a while to mature and to bloom. Plus the single flower aspect...

A really cool primary is C. aurantica by B. glauca. Its called BC. Daffodil 'Muse' or something to a similiar effect. The Rynchs need a defined rest though, right?

I have that one (Daffodil Muse) It's a lovely yellow. It should bloom again this fall, I think...
