I'm really confused. You listed four plants. Which two are the parents? Or do you have two pod growing?

I think the two Pyps are one plant - a cross. But I don't understand about the catt and the den...

Three parents, not to mention from different alliances, would be some funky orchid sex, and certainly worthy of our orchid soap!

Ok...good im not the only one that is confused. I don't believe it is possible to have such a cross. It would be like a human having a baby with a gorilla, just not possible. The chromosomes wouldn't line up properly to give viable offspring. And the ménage Ã** trois?? Two pollen with one ovary is not recommended because one of the pollen just won't have any fertilization and you will have to figure out which one is the actual pollen parent. I'm not sure if you can have a flask with two offsprings of both pollen parents, but it will be a ID mess in the end

Are you sure the plant didn't get a selfing?

This plant is now called a Psychopsis rather than oncidium. There are enough differences to put them in their own genus.

Mendenhall x papilio is now registered as Psychopsis Memoria Bill Carter if you want to save all that writing. Document their parents because they were award winners and you have their clonal names if you care for genetic history
