    That's gorgeous Katep! The Cattleya orchids just love Qld weather don't they... sure can grow 'em big up here! Would love to have seen it with 100+ blooms... did you take a pic? I also think it looks like Cattleya bowringiana. I bought a small division at the beginning of this year. If and when it blooms I'll post a photo for comparison.

    I agree with an earlier post that it has C. bowringiana in it somewhere.
