    Default New Private Message Notification...

    We have always had the PM pop-up notification, now in addition to that, you will see a flashing envelope next to your welcome panel. This is for the instance when you are away from the computer and still logged in and you do not get the pop-up notice because you are not actively searching the forum. The envelope should pop up anyway allowing you to see you have a new message. I hope you like this new feature.

    By "Welcome Panel" you mean the box up near the upper right corner of each page, right?

    Yes, the box that says "Welcome, "your member name". You last visited: ..."
