I'd have to dig around for the pine needle bracken range, and I don't have time now. If you want the happy orchid pH range, you can find that here with some searching.
Sorry - I'm not lazy, just busy tonight. I'm pretty sure I heard that pine needle bracken was acidic in the context of local Cyps, which liked the acidity.
