Did you preorder them or something? How do you know what you are going to find?

Yes, I reorder them to save shipping. In the NYIOS website :: Greater New York Orchid Society, a link to the list of partisipating vendors was given at the bottom. I just checked on each vendor's website to find the things I like.

I am a little crazy for C.walkeriana right now and I saw this C. walkeriana var. semi-alba 'Tokyo No. 1' SM/JOGA is listing in one of the vendor's website, $50 for a 2" seedling, I just can't pursuid myself to buy it.

It is slightly different from Bulbophyllum lobbii and othe rmembers of Section Sestochilus, hence this designation that Jim Cootes suggested. He's told me name Bulbophyllum palawanense has not been published officially and therefore it is not correct to use it.

That was the name I was thinking of...didn't realise that it hadn't been published.

Nelson, those photos are absolutely stunning. The bloom reminds me of a throne (regal, not bathroom) of some exotic culture or world. Beautiful. How big is the plant?
