Looks like sunburn , the spot will dry up ,will take awhile if it does not and becomes mushy I would remove the leaf .
I burned some of my Phals . during a move they looked like swiss cheese for awhile but recovered . Gin

I had these outside for about a week and then noticed these spots. They get about 3 hours of direct sunlight a day where I had them. I have since brought them back in house. If it isn't a sunburn, what might it be? And if it is sunburn will they recover? Thanks

Ditto! Florida sun is strong. You're probably better with filtered light.
