    Default Dtps Fire Cracker "Blue Martini"

    This is the first bloom of this little seedling and I am thrilled! I love it when a little guy you have nurtured for awhile gets up the gumption to send out that first spike! And yes, I know it is botanical blue (okay, I'll call it purple if you wish), but they really are lovely and there are nine more buds yet to open.

    The cross is (Dtps Red Coral var coerulea x Dor. pulcherrima var coerulea).

    Well, I think it's more blue than some of the blues I've seen. I love it! Would be great to see a photo when it's fully opened

    Sadie I love it! I've been looking for a blue phal...and yes, that is blue blue blue to me! Good job! (and I wouldn't mind trying a Blue Martini either...)
