    Just had a look at the book on Amazon and it looks great BD, hope to see it in NZ shops sometime or will order it for my birthday from the family.

    I believe it is for sale in NZ. Several members have purchased it. It is only available online, not in book shops though.

    Thank you, and sure, someday, Maura. It truly takes a lot of effort and is pretty expensive. I know so much more about the process now on this side of it. hahaha... It amazes me that the book continues to sell so well. It can be purchased in six or seven different countries around the world.
