I have been doing a few more edits and tweaks to the boards here and have two updates I want to bring to your attention.

1. The Referral ID link in your user CP

2. The Featured Posts on the interior forum list page.


The referral id is a unique id for each member. You can use this link to invite friends to join our community or you can simply paste it on your web page or in the footer of your email. It is away to help us build our community. Use it if you want.

The Featured Post section is a cool new feature that allows us to showcase important threads or information members and visitors should read. I plan to feature contests and other OrchidTalk events here. As we get closer to the World Orchid Conference Trip, I hope to put in our forum's gathering hotel information and scheduled events, etc for anyone interested. Anyway, it should make finding important or interesting information easier. It should also help guests see what we are about through what is going on here.
