    Default Bumps on leaves?

My mom sent me pictures this morning of some bumps on the underside of her Otaara Jane's leaves. She said it started out just on 2 leaves and is now on 3. I have no clue what this is -- could it be bugs? She said she doesn't see anything on the leaves, no holes, etc.

I'm certainly no expert, but that looks internal to me - early stage of dehydration, bacteria/virus or something and not external.

But I'm sure someone here must know more than my quick look over my orchid book!

Do you think too much sun good be an an issue? That one tip looks pretty burnt and I think sun can sometimes cause blistering....

She bought the plant just a couple weeks ago and it had the burned tip already. I told her then the tip was probably a burn issue either from sun or over fertilization. I opt for sun, since no other leaves had it. She has it in an East window, so I don't think excessive sun should be an issue....

The bumps are not discolored or squishy or dry/scaly at all. I wondered about dehydration, but she says the newest pbulbs are all nicely plumped and unwrinkled.

The grower repotted her into a 6" for us the day we got her because she was climbing out of the 4" pot. A couple of her siblings on the same table had actually rooted into the pots next to them. (The growers were in the middle of their annual repotting when we visited.) The only thing Mom's worried about is that the new bark media seems exceptionally course and dries completely within about 3 days!
