Perfect information for me to absorb !! I have a Phal which has dark green leaves, and one which has bright ! Repotted to S/H recently after moving house and was nicely surprised that they both survived, one bearing two seedpods. The not-pregnant one, I have cut back the spike a little in the hope of encouraging a Keiki to grow. This is now showing new leaf devellopment. Thanks for sharing. J

If you see a lot of honey dew on the underside of the phal leaves, that is the early stage of a spider mite attack.
