Single flower! you added that after I sent my guesses... I sent another one. If that one isn't right - well I'll just have to let the others figure it out!!

looks like I got in on this late...guess on the way. Whatever it turns out to be, it is an unusually flat example of the type of hybrid and has excellent clean, smooth color. I would venture to call it award-quality if it has the customary hybrid-vigor size to it, the only thing holding it back would be a slight pouch asymmetry (which will likely disappear with subsequent bloomings).
Ha! Of course Jason got it too! Well Done, Jason!
All will be revealed on the weekend, so get your last guesses in!
cheers

OOOhhh nooooooooo ..... people already put in CORRECT guesses???
A big FAT hint that you droped, Timmy-O!!! I thought of that one, the unifloral species back when I thought of the bellatulum ...
The other parent, hmmmmmm did you post a picture of IT recently, Tim-O? You can't be this obvious!!! Ole' Ole' Ole'-O ...Heheheheheeeeee ...
nooo... not Paph David Beckham! oh, you mean you weren't doing soccer chants
Yep, you have indeed got it, Dr!
I'm really liking this cross... and I'm surprised it's not around more often. Maybe because there is such a big focus on multiflorals and Maudiae-types.
now to keep it alive and re-flowering during the show season
If it were only a teeeeeny bit shinier..... I really like the shiny ones...
The bloom is indeed beautiful and I concur with Jason that it's award-worthy ...
But whether it is paph David Beckham, it is still debatable, I hope ... heheheeee ... it is so posh ... the bloom just reminds me of the juicy ugly betty episode that I watched last night ...
Verrrry punny, Doc Spock! posh, indeed!
Well, I'm slow to respond, but delighted to see all my Paph-head friends rallying around the Prince's quiz! Makes me almost feel not quite so lost in the past!
Great plant you have, Tim-O! And a neat quiz!
