the plant you have there is actually a Phalaenopsis.
this is a different genus of orchids to the Paphiopedilum, which are commonly called the slipper orchids because of the pouch/slipper shaped labellum.
I've looked at your list and the only Phalaenopsis I can see is 83. 83. Phalaenopsis Mitsuko Takasaki ‘Carmela’ x Tropical Pink ‘Pleiades’. Now I doubt this is the plant as it sounds like a very complex hybridised phalaenopsis like the ones you see on florist shops with either pink or white 'round' flowers.
To me the plant you have looks like the species Phalaenopsis pulchra. But you don't have it on your list... so either, you didn't add it to the list or it is the complex hybrid.
