Wow, very pretty. It does appear orange in the photo. I love it though. Very beautiful.

Slc. Rajah's Ruby x Lc. Mini Purple seedling had its first bloom during the holiday, but I never got to post it. I'm glad it turned out red I'm pleased. I never expected another catt to bud as it was just sitting neglected underlights. I took new photos today outside since it was only -5C. My photos of it in Dec appear redder but they were taken indoors, perhaps the red fades as the bloom ages?

Did you see the picture of the catt I posted recently? Different lighting conditions produce different and sometimes odd results in the image produced. Even when taking pictures in daylight with daylight white balance does not usually get it exactly right. In the example of my catt, I had to combine two of the images I took into one to get an image that came close to what we were seeing in daylight.

Very pretty.
Love that cheery color!
The colour in this photo is accurate.
You are certainly right about the accuracy of these cameras though, steven. Red seems to usually be most difficult. Also purplish pinks.
Very lovely!. Good job blooming!
very nice Fren!!!
Cute! I'm surprised it turn out to be purple or lavender
