That is really beautiful! It certainly doesn't look neglected.

I've got this in the back of a shelf in semi-hydro. You'd be shocked at how small the blooming pbulb is - I let it stay bone dry for about 4 weeks not long ago. If anyone is interested in adopting it, let me know. I'm obviously not that interested in taking care of it.

I have one of these. Nice plant, and it has bloomed for me, but I think I am slowly killing it. How much water do they like?
Kyle
I have it under fluorescent lights in warm conditions year round. It is potted in clay pellets - I think hydroton - set up for semi-hydro. It was very happy while I remembered to fill the resevoir. I think it's an easy plant, and definitely tolerant of abuse.Originally Posted by Kyle
Thanks for letting me know I can throw mine into S/h and not kill it
I've practically neglected mine and it seems to love it. I think it's spiking... can't tell for sure yet but i'm keepin my fingers crossed!
I repotted it and cut off lots of the old, dead roots. I don't water very often. Maybe I'll have to give it less attention...
Oh well, at least it blooms
that is sooooo pretty!!!! what is it called.
