So, when the days get grey or there just isn't enough in bloom or you otherwise just get that itch for a flower fix, what do you do?

Sheesh, I need a multiple option since I do no. 1, 2, and 4 all the time!

Along with my last orchid purchase I got a machete, so No. 5 fits me to a tee. Awfully glad my 'chids don't have trailing vines as they are taking over the house. Spring needs to come early!!

Yeah, I'm totally guilty of the window shopping and the impulse purchase. I do also enjoy getting a digital flower fix on the forum, but sometimes it just isn't enough.

I had to mark "digital flower fix on the forum" hehe... Without all of our communities blooms, I would have way too many orchids. This way, I can enjoy them here and not *have* to buy them.

    Cheers,

I picked number 3, because I have found myself doing that more and more with my phals that are in spike right now, although I do the digital flower fix almost every single day. I'm also constantly window shopping online. I try not to putter around with them more than necessary, I would hate to over water them, and I can't just repot just cause I feel like doing something. Half the time I just sit in the sunroom and talk to them, and make sure they are comfortable and enjoying their home. Is that considered puttering?
