    Default Vanda Blue 248

While not very original in name this vanda is blooming again
It also poses a culture dilemma. On this spike it opened the last bloom, while on the opposite side its starting a new spike. I usually bring the vanda inside when it is in fool bloom to lengthen the life of the blooms and enjoy it, but bringing inside where there are lower light levels could impede the growth of the new spike.
So for now I enjoy inside the house

Stunning....how would this one differ from Coerula or Rothschildiana? Excuse my ignorance!

Well, I am not a vanda expert but I think the vanda coerulea is more compact, the flowers are smaller, lighter blue, an the lateral petals tend to twist to horizontal, the vanda rothchildiana is darker colored by comparison with my vanda, the lateral petals do the same and they both have stronger tesselations.
