This is another easy-growing Richard Mueller hybrid (I LOVE these).
Easy-grower in an East window that blooms 3+ times a year (every new growth blooms). The petals are bronze like Laelia tenebrosa and have some pretty interesting patterns in them.

Very nice!! That is Bl Richard Mueller X Blc Waianae Leopard, yes? I don't think I have one of those yet.

Joan, in NY, I only seem to get blooms on these types 2X per year.

    Default Thanks!

Yes. Really three times a year. I grow with supplemental light in the winter, Ron may not. I think that makes a difference for a hybrid that blooms from each new lead.

Ron, the cross is corrected. Thanks!

    Default Yes.

Joan..one more thing. These are the easiest cattleyas one can grow. They get about 14" tall, but the growth is nice, upright and compact. Windowsill is fine.

Mine came as a division from a friend a couple of years ago.
