    Gorgeous, good for you for putting them where you can see and enjoy them on a regular basis. So many times beautiful art is not displayed and enjoyed. I inherited some original oil paintings that are dated 1895. The lady that had them kept them covered so that they wouldn't fade. I have had them hanging since 1975 and they are as beautiful as when I received them.

    I agree Katie art work should be enjoyed. Your originals will not deteriorate if you keep them out of the sun and off of outside walls. I have never seen the reason for having something beautiful locked up in a safe.
