    Default DOVE ORCHID ??...HELP

    Hi all.Heres a test..Any chance of help with this one..
    I have had it for a couple of years,no tag..Has never flowered..1.2m high..Someone told me it was a dove orchid.I cant find one that looks anywhere near similar.I think it is something different and are hoping the experts will know..John

    It definitely is not Peristeria elata nor Dendrobium crumenatum, which is commonly known as the 'Dove Orchid' (pigeon)
    It looks like some kind of Epidendrum.

    Definitely not a crumentam. I'm not sure but most probably its a bamboo orchid. i was browsing in a fair and saw this tall plant and with lovely purple orchids. Anyway i hope you'll be able to bloom them to be able to distinguish its breed.
