Almost all og them were crying loud to be repotted as I got them from a very elderly couple. It was a 3 hour journey each way and I must say, well deserved. As you can see, the rootball was so dense and tight that the plant itself started to rise out like a muffin. The root ball itself was either too tight with new roots or too tight with dead roots. I have managed to repot those that are not in flower at the moment. I am now knackered.

There were enormous spiders and mites in the old and dead pseudobulbs. These are the specimens one could have shown as how they can survive untouched. I wouldn't say neglected because they were still repotted without intensive care (as the couple was very elderly) and they were watered. So, I hope I could do justice to them. Also, the disaster was there were only two name tags in the whole collection. One read "BRONZE" and the other read "Light Pink with Dark Pink Centre" and I thought BLESS !

It was enormous and back breaking. I can't lift a thing. The most delicate ones I have to admit are the new growths, but I think they will all make a good come back.

It is absolutely. My partner was quite surprised, he thought it wasn't a big deal but soon he changed his mind when we got there. I might definitely struggle to get the names of these, but I know the resale value will be marginal enough to cover the costs. I plan to bring them up to be sold in the market. Before I do that, I have to let all of them bloom and carefully make divisions. I haven't yet come across a seller dedicated to Cymbidiums. I gather they are a bit out of fashion? But I also think they are marvelous. This whole collection is a mix of Cym. species and the miniature ones.
