    hirsutissimum? As in hairy?

    Deperle isn't hairy, right? Dang, Diane..that's so weird...

    (I need to read and research these plants more...I can recite the Cattleya alliance species in my sleep...but these are still a mystery to me)

    that is a very interesting bloom. you're right diane, I don't see hirsut. in there. looks like a deperle backcrossed onto a cochlopetalum i.e. primulinum?
