    Default Paph Vanda M. Pearman

    the parents were paph belatulum 'alba' x paph delenatii. Most of this alba cross have been not alba though but rather finely spotted.
    It's its second blooming and though I have no photographic recordings of its first one. It sent 3 new growths in the same spot but this flowering growth matured faster. I've read brachysepalums may send many new growths.
    Also a easier grower than belatulum as a species (for me at least at the moment) plus the delenatii increases spike length. Unfortunately several times I've seen photos of mutated pouches on this cross, so I'm happy with mine

    Thanks guys I think this one will be in my collection for a while then. Now I've gotta get it to give me two buds next time
    its foliage is very brachy-like too

    very nice! vmp is one of the most heavily-awarded paph hybrids of all time. perhaps a few albas would pop out of a selfing...
