Wow!!! That is just awesome! I love it! I wish mine would do something... it's only a one growth plant that doesn't seem to grow...

Tanya, do you do anything particular about this plant in terms of growing it? How much light, how moist/dry do u let it get to, etc etc...

Thanks, guys. I'm glad you like it.

Two years ago, there were plenty of these being sold at the flower market and cheap too. Nowadays, I seldom see them anymore.

Tim, I don't do anything special about this plant. I grow it outside and it gets pretty wet during summer/ rainy season. During dry days I water it when the top of the media becomes dry. It gets direct morning sun for around 2 hrs and bright shade for the rest of the day. I water it with rain water for as long as the two bucketful last and then switch to tap water until the rainy season is back again.

Humidity here is around 80% -around 97% or even higher in summer and that is when the plant is most happiest.

Tim, I hope yours will improve this summer.

Its funny about this P. helenae, I have 2 seedling that are growing well in 50mm pots and growing fast and well that aren't as big as some of the Paph seedlings I just took out of a flask. This one is a great color.
