    Default Paph. Pinocchio

    I got this one last weekend, the flower is still opening and it had another bud but now it has 2 more buds but they are still tiny, i cant wait to see all of them bloom!!

    All of the Pinocchio's that I have seen have a pinkish pouch. looks like you have a alba form. It should bloom for months. One bloom after another, after the first bloom dies. The next one in line will open up. It does look very cool. Have Fun,Rich

    I think you have Paphiopedillum Pinocchio 'Yellow' (Paphiopedilum glaucophyllum x Paphiopedilum primulinum)

    Thanks branka for the Id. It will be cool if it blooms for months lol. When i bought it they told me it was supposed to be pink but its not and i wanted the pink one but i dont mind this one thought i should get one that has a pink lip so they wont be lonely

    this one's v cute, but definitely get the pinocchio with the pink pouch to keep it company. Like Rich, I have only seen the pink pouched one before. Thanks for showing us this one.

    I will definately get one with a pink pouch, plust this is my first multifloral paph and i dont mind having flowers for a few months lol

    it was only $30 here, not that bad, there some paph and phrags that are kind of expensive here but they are so gorgeous lol

    I did have one that put out 14 blooms in a row, before I over watered it. It didn't make it. You need to try not to get water inside of the pouch. It will not like that. Here in Florida, if you know where to look you can find paph.'s that range between $10.00 - 25.00. Then there is the high end paph.'s where the skies the limit $$$. Which are not for my budget.lol I do like the color of your new pinocchio. Take Care,Rich
