Arkansas Orchid Society 2008 show
The Arkansas Orchid Society will be holding our 2008 show in April. I'm posting about it now in case anyone is interested in coming to the show or possibly entering a display or plants or anything. If you are interested, PM me with your e-mail and I will send you a copy of the Registration/Exhibitor Entry Form and also a show schedule. I'm also posting a show schedule in this thread. I will also update this with any changes to the schedule. Hope some of you can make it.

Set Up 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Plant Registration 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Hospitality Room Open 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
SATURDAY, April 5
Judges Breakfast 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Judging 8:00 am - ???
Sales Open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Show Open 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Hospitality 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
SUNDAY, April 6
Note that the show does not open until 1:00 pm due to parking concerns.

There is no lodging within walking distance. However, there are several south of the show at the next two exits. The closest is La Quinta West and they have offered a rate of $69/night (single or double occupancy) and will try to accommodate later checkout on Sunday. Mention Arkansas Orchid Society and reserve by March 15 - (501) 225-7007.
