Please help my Catt is sick

I'm not sure what's wrong with it. I'm new to orchids and don't really know a lot. I purchased it like this, for $24 (too expensive?) Any advice will be helpful and will be appreciated

Hey Marissa! This could potentially be sunburn, or something more serious like rott - but man, it sure looks a little rusty, doesn't it? Strange. I'm not 100% sure what it is - I know the plant is blooming and you probably don't want to disturb it - is every leaf of the plant like this? Or just some of them? That will help us determine what to do from here.

Thanks, Becky. No, not all leaves are brownish. I am attaching more photos. Threre are 13 stems altogether and looks like the new leaves are find. How do I know when it's time to repot, it appears to me that they are overcrowded.

I caught a look at the tag...1st. that is a Cattleya type orchid not a phalaenopsis as the tag says.....2nd it is very bright in your latter picture. If it came from a dark store shelf, it needs to slowly be moved into direct sunlight. And, 3rd, the spagnum moss with a cattleya is sure root rot, repot as soon as the blooms fall off.
Otherwise, wow, nice one. I'm a sucker for a pink flower of almost anykind!

The brown spots on the cattleya leaf look like a fungal infection to me. It is advisable to treat the plant with a fungicide after it blooms. Until then, I'd keep the leaves dry and report when new roots are growing from the lead pseudobulbs.

I agree!! And the new roots should be growing (or start) very soon. Best of luck with it.
