Horseshoe Breakfast

Cook hash browns (patties or loose) or oven fries per directions.
Brown ham steak, set aside (or bake with hash browns)
Saute' mushrooms and onions.
Toast bread or english muffins.
Add eggs or eggbeaters to sauted 'shrooms and onions and cook until slightly browned.
Cook country gravy according to package directions (McCormicks or Pioneer packaged gravy is perfect for this dish)
Now: Put the bread on the bottom (the horseshoe) stack the ham, eggs, hashbrowns (the nails) and smother with gravy!!

I have never heard of this before. I would not have thought to put these items together this way. It sounds really interesting. A Full Breakfast Sandwich Meal! Thanks for sharing it. I am hungry for breakfast food now. hehe..
