How long does it normally take for the phal's spike to be fully grown and start flowering
I don't know that there is an absolute answer for this question. I'm reasonably certain that many factors govern the developement, growth and flowering of phal spikes. I have several beginning their spikes now and don't expect flowers much before January. I'm growing in a GH. I'm sure there will be many different answers to your question.
Somewhere around 60 days from the start of the spike.

It is different on different ones. I have some species phals that take forever and a day (at least if feels like it) before they finally put out buds and bloom. The spikes are there for ever! And then some hybrids that seem to put up a three inch spike one night and it is a foot the next night and before I have time to stake it up, it has already got buds swelling up and getting ready to open. So, a wide range of time lines.

Its depend from one species to the other species or hybrids.Minimum at least three weeks to one month especially in tropical country and than begin to bloom.
For the Onc how long does the blooming cycle take?
My oncs take 2 or 3 years!
