Registered in 1942, this is niveum 'Snow Ball' HCC/AOS X delenatii 'Angel' (sounds rather like the Westminster Dog Show?) From RVO, this was my very first Paph. to bloom in my care.As some may know, I had two of these, the first one was sent to my sister, and bloomed at the same time. Both are doing just fine! It took just about 2 months to mature the spike/bud. Very pretty bloom lasted for several weeks, then deteriorated with the dorsal turning brown. Very easy plant, it spent the summer outside, facing northwest, under porch furniture! Currently resides in a south facing window with some other mottled leaved paphs. Gets a good amount of sun, actually. I'm hoping for new growths soon!
I apologize for the slightly blurry photo. Just got a new digicam and am still learning...
Thanks for looking!
