FLORIDA NATIVE PHOTO: Spiranthes praecox

Blooming in wet meadows and along roadsides in May, Spiranthes praecox often has a lip veined with green. This particular one, however, was pure white.

I keep repeating myself, but again, very nice. The miniature flowers really strike a chord with me--when you get close enough to appreciate them, they always seem to make it worth the look.
