Do you think this is a fungal problem?

I've had this "problem" dendrobium NOID for about 2 years now. It seems to have some kind of disease, which I think may be fungal, for over a year. It has some black spots on the old leaves. Every time it puts out a new cane, it seems like all of the leaves or most of the leaves end up falling off. So far the newest cane still has all its leaves. It keeps getting these little translucent round spots on the new growths that eventually turn brown, as seen in the photo. The tips of the leaves are also brown. I have been spraying it every couple of weeks with Physan solution to try to get rid of this problem, but it hasn't stopped it. Roots seem to be OK, and it has a fan going about 8 feet away for air flow.

I don't think that is fungal, but others may disagree. The brown spots look like burn to me. The leaf tips turning brown could be from fertilizer burn. Have you repotted this orchid? Do you flush the pot out with pure water often? The yellow leaves could be caused by the roots staying too wet. Dendrobiums like to dry out between waterings. Let the medium get completely dry and the water.
