Apfelpfannkuchen (apple pancakes)

sift together flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar
Beat eggs and milk together and slowly mix in flour mixture beating until batter is smooth.
Melt butter in a fry pan and saute apple mixture until apples are tender.
Mix 2 Tbl sugar and the cinnamon together; toss with apples.
add 2 tbl oil to 6" fry pan, heat and pour 1/4 inch batter into warmed pan, When batter is set, top with 1/4 of the apple mixture and top with more batter.
Fry until browned on both sides.
Keep warm while doing this 3 more times.

the only problem with this recipe is that it tastes like MORE.
I rarely make this for breakfast...Sunday brunch is more my speed.
