what should I do with Anselia africana seedlings.

HI I have a load of Anselia africana seedlings I bought sometime ago and have only just managed to seperate them they were all stook together from the flask half the roots were rotten so my husband helped me seperate and clean them up using hydrogen peroxide and they are looking a bit better but still not good I want to know if I can pot them into bark/ perlite mix now or whether they are too young I really dont know what to do with them. Some have better roots than others I just dont wanna lose them all they have dried out now and I really need to know what to do with them soon or theyre not going to be happy. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me with these guys I really am at a loss as to what to do with them hence rotting some of the roots already.

Here is what Orchidwiz had to say: Pot in large container with medium bark, some chunks of pearlite, or chunks of sphag to hold a small amount of moisture for the roots. Media needs to be fast draining.Light should be bright filterd or diffused, protect from direct mid-day sun. Needs constant air movement. Temps Summer- day26 C nights 18C winter-days21C, nights 11 C. Does better potted when grown in warm conditions. Keep nearly dry during 2 to 3 month winter rest. In wild, plants survive with dew. No fertilizer until spring watering begins. Winter humidity about 65, summer humidity aroud 70%.
That should help quite a bit. I'm glad I got that orchid program when Orchidtalk members could get it with a discount.

Fantastic thank you!!!!! I will pot in bark and perlite then I was just worried they were too small to pot yet with them being seedlings but I have nothing to lose at the moment so I will try it. Constnat air movement is an issue i dont have fans set up yet but i can work on that one I might put the upstairs where i leave the window open. That is great info, I looked into getting orchidwiz but I just cant afford it at the moment maybe one day when I win the lotto LOL

I would make a compot out of them. Have them all in one pot

They were all in one pot together but all the roots were knotted solid and rotting as a compot what would i put them in they like to dry out ( I had read that before hence knowing why i rotted them) I see your point about a compot with them being so young but potting medium is a real issue and a pot big enough to put them in enclosed as they are tall and i have lots of them. Open to suggestions as to how to do this always. thank you Ron this is what I thought should be done but no idea how to go about it without rotting them again.
