hello to everyone , i like to ask if it is possible for 1 plant , lets say a vanda that produced 2 spikes with different colors a pink and an orange ?
well what do you think about this guys.
the left bloom is pink and the right is orange .
Very interesting.
I know that it's possible.
Dimorphorchis rossii produces two very distinct flowers on the same inflorescence.
It is a plant similar to a vanda that has both fragrant yellow blooms and non fragrant white speckled ones.
I am curious to see what your blooms will look like when they open!
Raul, you got 2 in 1 deal...LOL Can't wait to see them when they open!
It will be interesting to see.I have seen orchids that produce a male bloom and a female bloom that look very different from each other, but never on a vanda. I have seen different colors on some oncidiums and phals. These color difference were due to temperature changes while the blooms were developing. How cool.
